Just updated client, started a game, and couldn't join.

Just got through champion select and about to start the game. Then my client tells me that i am missing d3dx9_39.dll files. Now in the chat the zed sent a link to his twitch so i started watching it, and told him what happened via twitch chat. Then I see that the twitch says to report me in all chat. So if I were to receive a punishment I just want it stated that me not joining the game was completely out of my hands. Has anyone else received this issue and found a solution? Right now i'm repairing the client in hopes that that will fix it. Please get back to me ASAP if anyone has a quick fix, because I don't feel like waiting for the client :/. Thanks a lot guys.
