[Gameplay] Fizz

In multiple instances in a ranked game. I was playing as Quinn, with the other person that it happened to was playing Graves. There was 4 instances in which he completely ignored all damage from our ultimates. 3 times i noticed with graves. Graves ult would hit him in the face (you can tell because it would split from fizz after impact) and he would take absolutely 0 damage. Other people noticed as well. There was 1 instance where my ult damage failed to do anything as well (that i noticed, team fights Its hard to see the damage from Quinn's ult on everyone).
