Going through people when going too fast

I sent a ticket but they redirected me here. This bug is not from this specific patch since I played homegaurd Rammus on older patches and still went through people. Copy pasting the ticket below.

Hey, when I play TP Rammus with Homegaurds, I go too fast and and up passing through enemies with my Q.

There were also moments where I just go through people and don't knock them up at all.
