After patch ranked items not moving

After the patch i can not move my items nor when i hover over the item it doesnt show a description. Please help. I can do every on non ranked(with the new hud) but not the old hud

Heiiiiii RIOT FIX this pls i have also this problem in old hud in ranked!!!!! " im playng on a leptop is this a problem?! " befor new hud wasnt!!! And Ctrl+F dont working also in raked!!!!!!!!
