Just wondering if you guys want to help find a better solution for us. When only 54 out of 425 who voted for it actually found it, then it really is not a solution no?

Yeah, this is pretty embarrassing in my opinion.
this problems appear and disappear in last time riot just rush into doing unoptimizate content for the game ,it's a shame how far this got ... , where is actually Riot when you tell you have fps spikes when playing them game they tell you to update the pc , you know what , i know people who write an entire car programs in an micro computer chip using low amounts of resources to do it , i think you need an programmer like these guys , cause that monk3456 from patch programming and implent just destroy the game throught too unoptimized content and unfinished content who is made like you patch errors and stutters every patch you go further
Lots of people having this stutter problem at the moment. Got it myself makes it unable to play for me as it annoys the shit out of me. Riot not giving a statement,may be windows related but still. There are people unaffected by this,not gonna play until this is fixed.
Try turning of "Memory Integrity" on the core isolation page in your settings, It works for me. I've been loading in late for the past month and just yesterday started having terrible lag/freezing that was unplayable in any serious game. https://imgur.com/a/KjHU3B3
