Remake not working

I just played a ranked game. A summoner didn't connect. Loading screen took a while, and then the game loaded. Of course he was afk. Tried remaking a thousand times starting at minute 3. Always got "too early in the game to surrender". Had to play the game 4v5, of course lose, and when it came to 20 minutes and we surrendered, it showed 4 votes. So, the game recognized that yasuo was not connected, but somehow didn't let us remake. Caused me to lose my promos. Now, I know you can't bring my promos back, but that is just not okay ... And unless he has left like 40 games in a row, he probably just lost the lp that we all did. Please fix cause that's one of the most frustrating bugs in the game.
