Ban/Pick phase counting timing bug

[Draft Mode] I'm the 4th in my side as (4/5 pick) to pick champions, but after the 5th guy locked his champion, the counting timing number has directly turned to 5s( was left me about 20+s to pick) and after 3 ticking, it went directly to 0( yes, no 4321, just directly to 5, pause 3s, went to 0), and I have return to lobby for now.

First time has that occurs since I started to play LOL (s2), but that's not funny if happend in Rank match.
