My Riot Client is not launching properly

so i was playing and i just normally as usual closed my league client, then after like an hour i launched the client but all i get is a black window with a loading circle, i did the hextech repair thing and forced repatch and it's still not has been solved, so if someone got any idea on how to fix it it'll be much appreciated!
