[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Q Glitch

To Who Ever Bug-Analyst This Concerns,

So I just got into a game where was on the enemy team and I was the mid-laner. So when came to gank from the rush or from no vision he would be invisible or his animation would start in the river whither or not we have vision there then speed and an impossible rate until it hit me. And this would happen every single gank.

So what I would see would be like this: I'm farming and trading with other mid-laner. the next thing I see if its from and unwarded bush or side is about 2 or 3 minions length away from me and I get hit.

The other glitch is that ganks and he appears out of no were and he is moving a min. of 1000+move speed. Not I'm reminding that this was at level 2-3 so there is no possible way for him to be moving that fast at that point. He didn't even have shoes yet.

Again I want to note that this happened not once in a while or anything like that. It happened EVERY SINGLE TIME HE GANKED with out fail. I also want to not that some may think it was my computer that was error or something of the sort. My game did not freeze, stall, or lag in anyway when these ganks happened.
