Ripper Ward Mission Glitch

I completed the mission for the Ripper Ward skin a few days ago, but it doesn't appear when I try to change my ward skin. Is this happening to anyone else?

This has also happened to me, i completed the mission the first day as wanted it yet received nothing while my friend did, i waited to see if anyone else has. However still hasn't appeared.
