Tahm Kench Breaks Ult

Alright so I just played a game (5v5) with a Quinn as my ADC and myself as support. At one point during the game I used Devour on Quinn to soak a Jinx Ult and get the kill following. However, after about five minutes had gone by we noticed that Quinn was still in Valor form and remained so for the rest of the game. During the Devour the player reported that the Ult timer had run out while inside of Kench. We believe that this resulted in breaking Quinn's ult and leaving her in form for the rest of the game. In addition to no longer being able to switch forms, Quinn's Ult could no longer be advanced in levels. I'm not sure if anyone got a screen shot of this but hopefully they will post here as well.
