Windows 10 taskbar wont disappear during gameplay

Yes I know how to get rid of it so you can barely see it but if i just touch the left side of my screen the taskbar pops up which interupts my vision of the game and my execution with my gameplay performance.

In the past the taskbar has always been showing up but its easy to deal with by clicking on the league client icon to fix the issue but now for some reason it stops working and this issue has always been fixed for over a year by just clicking on the icon then bam im playing the game perfectly.

Other things I've tried.

Alt + tab = same results it did work before but recently its not working for some reason?

Changing resolution or switching to window or full screen = Doesn't work

Riot can you and your crackshot programmers fix this in some way?
