Skillshot Bug?

So i haven't read anything that says what has increased hit box or if people just like to use their keyboard to sound retarded but I've noticed in alot of games where a Skillshot will clearly missed then ill take damage and status effect example jinx slow my last game they were clearly flying pass me then id get slowed and take damage another game blitzcrank grabs were going through minions and pass me then id be grabbed then there is the problem with AoE Skill-shots like Twitch W and bard ult I got caught at the very edge for bard ult and didn't get stunned and I've seen people standing at the edge of Twitch W and not get poisoned idk if this is a bug are just game logic but i figured if it isn't game logic and it is bugged somehow then they would most likely fix it cause its really causing me to not wanna play
