[GAMEPLAY] Lucian passive won't proc

There is a bug that makes lucian's passive to disapear. I recently played a game as lucian and quickly noticed that I didn't got the double auto after I used one of my spells. This issue continued throughout the game. To sum it up, the lucian passive didn't give me the double auto from time to time during the game. I don't know how to reproduce the bug , but I use the "Player Attack Move"(A on default) a lot and noticed that the bug was more commonly if not to 100% when I used that. The bug happened mostly when I used his dash (E) but I remember that it happened once when I used his Q

I don't know why this isent bigger, luc passive sometimes does not proc or shoots off in a random direction after targeting a creep/monster/champion. It seems the targeting for last hitting a minion is out of wack as sometimes instead of aaing the minion to last hit with the dbl proc it will say x minion on side would not die thus not aaing the first minion losing your dbl proc to random air. And finally once for me it randomly attacked a champion that was invisible with the bug.

I have this bug aswell and it happens mostly when you don't kill the unti ( minion) with the first auto, but it dies a mil sec after
