An Issue With My PBE Account

I'm not exactly sure if this is a bug, but my PBE account isn't working anymore apparently? I haven't gotten banned or suspended so I'm unsure how this happened?

The PBE and Live servers use the same client right now. That means if you don't sign out of your live account, then you can't get onto the PBE. The message is saying that your NA account can't be in the PBE (which is totally normal), just sign out.
but then you wont be able to play because its all bugged up right now.
HolyJellyMate, I have the same issue as Pennyrome, but you said all I have to do is log out of my normal account. But whenever I try to open the client on normal League it just doesn't open. Please help!
