Champ Select Frozen

TWICE in a row when i accept the game- champion select freezes when joined or goes completely black and can hear the banning countdown until it makes me dodge. Anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it? I heard about deleting some people on your friend's list and I have 10 from 30... This happened to me 4 days ago and then it worked and now it's messed up again. Please help! i don't want to lose any more LP/ 30 minute wait time. Thanks.
