Keyboard will not work in game

Bug occurs once every 4-5 games. I will load into a game but nothing binded to my keyboard will work. Abilities, wards, even the recall button will not work but once every 100 clicks. It is the weirdest thing. It is usually fixed by leaving and rejoining but at that point it puts me and my team severely behind and usually results in a loss. Just started playing league a few weeks ago after around a 2 year hiatus so this is really frustrating for this to keep happening. Any feedback would be appreciated. :)
