Ranked Solo

So like I was waiting for a game and I accepted the match but other people didn't so I had to wait. Basically after a few more waits, I finally clicked accept but it showed a black screen. I kept waiting for it to load but I could still here the music and sounds play in the background and I had no idea what was going on. I think I have to wait in queue :/. If this happens again...plz help fix. Also this happened in the new client.
