[Gameplay] Unique interaction between Rammus and the new summoner spell Mark

So, during an ARAM I got Rammus, yesterday. During this game I chose to get the mark/dash summoner spell, because it seemed like a good idea, comboing off with the powerball/puncturing taunt almost in unison with it for long bombs before Rammus able to go too fast for the enemy team to react. Now during one such dash, I collided with an enemy minion mid-dash (to a marked champion) and it sent Rammus FLYING HIGH into the air, like he'd suddenly became superman. So in order to figure out why my character went skyrocketing I decided to test the waters, and find out what happened. I also didn't have a screenshot I could show you of it, during the initial ARAM. So to clarify: You mark a target, they move behind their minions, you powerball and dash, and suddenly you're playing superman without doing anything to the enemy champion. Afterwards, unless you click elsewhere on the map you end up floating down right next to the champion you marked.

I've had this happen to me also. Twice, in two separate games. Rammus was a fave of mine during PoroKing, because of the power ball/dash combo. Usually I've gotten it to go off without the hitch, so I'm not sure what the exact conditions are to make it happen. Although, did a custom game to test, and it happened frequently, though not 100%, and never to the extent that it did in game. (In game I got popped up for like three entire seconds.) May have to do with champions having bigger hit boxes?
