permanent ban after the last update feb 7 2019

did any body face this issue that after u finish ur game a message tells u to relog and then u receive another message saying that u r permanently banned for using third party apps or bot while u did not. that happened with me and every time i try to submit a ticket the server shows hte 403 error forbidden message
