[GAMEPLAY] Game freezes for a split second then continues

Game freezes at random points and continues in less than a second.

Examples: Gif1 -> Best one to understand it

• In the first Gif, ziggs throws a bomb, it disappears and then reappears. Varus uses his ult and it goes invisible and appears on jax. Gif2
• This one is not clear unless you check lux as she slides while using Q. Gif3
• Ziggs uses E, it disappears and then reappears.

I need guidance, tried a lot of things like updating graphic card, changing some settings from nvidia control panel but still, same thing happens.
