Got disconnected just before loading screen - Poro king ? (CRASH)

I got disconnected just before the loading screen in Poro king game without any reason. Its seen that I quit the game, and I returned to the lobby screen. And the system blocks me for 15 minutes to play another game. The same issue happened to my others friends (two of them) tonight (We only tried Poro king game tonight, so we dont know if the same bug happened the others kings of game.)

Does the League of Legend staff know about the issue?

Same problem than two days ago. Got disconnected without any reasons. I need to wait 15 minutes before playing the next game... but I didn't abandon the game...
