I didn't get all the rewards from a chest

I opened a chest which contained: one chest, Snow Day Singed, Mythic Cassiopeia and one key. After opening it i just got the two skin shards but nor the chest or the key. I used Hextech Repair Tool but it didn't work. How can I get back my hextech chest and key that I'm supposed to have?
