the chat is really slow

i had many problems with my pc whil playing lol. but i managed to fix them or make it better in someway. the only thing i havet managed to fix if is the god damn chat. whenever i log in, i have to try to connect to chat for about 2 mins pressing reconnect to chat all the time. my friends are waiting for me to play game but i just cant text them because of that. an other chat problem is the delay.i get in championselect i type REALLY fast the lane i want to play and why because i dont like instalocking, but my text is shown after 5-10 sec and this happens in game with a delay of 2-5 sec and it is really annoying when you say yur m8 to come and help and he comes 5 sec after you ask him for and you die for no reason. PLZ UPVOTE THIS BUG AND THE OTHER ONE TALKING ABOUT LOW FPS AFTER THE 5.5 PATCH. IT IS REALLY SERIUS!!!!! MAKE THE REDS COME HERE AND SEE THIS FAST BECAUSE THESE KIND OR PROBLEMS MAKE MANY PEOPLE TO LOSE EITHER RANKED GAME OR NORMAL ONES WHEN THEY COULD WIN IT EASILY. MAKE THIS REPORT GO AS FAST AS ING.
