Queue pop never leaving even after in champ select

The queue pop shows up, I click accept, and then the intro sounds of entering champ select play. I can see the champ select in the background, but the queue pop won't leave and you are forced to dodge. This is the SECOND time I have run into this bug, both in promos. I have reported it 3 times now, and I am pretty pissed that I can lose promo games because of riot. This just isn't fair to the player base at all.
