RAF Not working

For the past couple of days now me and my friends I introduced League too, wanted to do the RAF thing since they needed to sign up anyways but the "Who referred you?" box isn't showing up for them at all whether they use the link or enter the email address.

I'm having a similar issues where a buddy of mine was able to do the raf thing and he used my link and it hasn't shown him on my completed invitations section.
