Bug regarding Ranking system

Okay, so I was in my promos to silver 1 and I was 1-1 so far out of 2 games. This meant that if I won one more game I would be silver 1, right? Wrong. After I had just won the 3rd game of my series there was no notification that said "you have been promoted to Silver 1." The 3 dashes that show how many games you've won in your series that is displayed in the post game lobby was showing up as only having two filled out,with the second one being a loss after I had just won a game. So basically it said "Victory!" across my screen and it didn't count as a win. Now for the real upsetting part. I checked my lp after the game and it said I was in SILVER 3 instead of silver 1 and that I had 100 lp. I don't understand.. any help?
