[Visual Bug] Muramana shows a cooldown timer if you swap it with an item on CD

• Type of Bug: Visual Bug

• Description: If switching Muramana with an item that is currently on CD Muramana will display as having that much cooldown remaining. For example, if you have a Blade of the Ruined King and it has 30 seconds left on cooldown on slot 2 and you switch it with Muramana on Slot 1. Muramana will display as having a 30 second cooldown that will not lower while BotRK acts normally.

• Steps to reproduce: 1) Obtain Muramana 2) Obtain any item with a Cooldown 3) Put item with cooldown on cooldown 4) Switch item slots 5) ???? 6) Profit

• Expected result: Muramana should not display a CD

• Observed result: There was no significant bug just a visual one. Muramana continues to function normally, though the numbers don't go away unless you swap it with an item with no CD or an item currently not on CD.
