Hello, I just had Teemo skard for bunny one. however i tried to buy it with the orange shard, the error came out and recommend to relog in. Then it disappeard. seriously?

Did you check your skins tab to see if it was redeemed?

If it just disappeared and you don't have the skin, file a support ticket.
