Beginning of Game issue

For the past 5 games whenever I exit loading screen while my character can move and I can type in chat, no abilities work, and I can't see any health bars. The only way I have found to fix it is by totally exiting out, and reloading the game. But by that time it has been 5v4 for 5+ mins and we usually lose. Is there a fix for this because I saw some previous examples of this bug
