Mouse Glitching in game

This started happening recently, where my mouse pointer jumps around the screen at semi random times. It happens most often when pinging something like an item in shop, my cooldowns, using the click-drag for smart ping, or when regularly pressing v-ping or g-ping. After pinging my pointer will jump to a random spot on the screen, sometimes it goes straight for wherever my champ model is if it is on screen, other times it can jump to the border and force my screen to drag away from where I want to look.

I've tried reinstalling, and using the hextech repair tool but it still happens. I changed the batteries in my mouse in case they were going dead, but fresh batteries ends with the same result. I have no idea what is causing it because it didn't happen immediately after a patch or any OS updates. One day I was playing and got a bugsplat in loading screen and since then my mouse has been glitchy and my fps drops way below normal.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them and if they were able to fix it.
