Promos done, why am I not ranked?

So I've completed my 10 promo games and even the thing that tells you how many Promos are left till you are ranked is gone. I can see the three shield things (3v3, Solo q, 5v5) and yet i still have no rank. I have re logged and even repaired my client. Am i missing something?
