(Gameplay) Ashe Hawkshot Targeting Bug

When using Ashe's (e) Hawkshot ability whilst targeting with the mini map, there is a HIGH chance of it not casting properly and wasting a stack. The ability just casts toward the mini map and is wasted. (normally traveling only a meter or two, often in the entirely wrong direction from where it was aimed). This bug occurs with high frequency, often multiple times per game and is extremely frustrating. It makes this ability unreliable, and almost unusable quite often.. as it completely wastes the stack of the skill - effectively making an ENTIRE ability of the champion useless when this happens. I would say the chance of the bug occurring on minimap cast is around 40%, which is quite high imo.

This bug is very frequent and makes using the Hawkshot ability very frustrating, unreliable, and frankly when this bug occurs..completely useless.
