Normal Draft - Runes, Masteries, and summoner spell remembrance

There is a small bug (occurs in normal draft) that causes the remembrance of runes and masteries but not summoner spells.

How to produce:

1. Reach the champion selection screen in draft mode after bans have occurred.
2. Change rune page, mastery page, and summoner spells to something other than what is currently shown
3. Have a member of the other team leave the game placing your team back in a waiting queue

Result: Runes and masteries will be whatever you changed them to before being placed back into the queue. Summoner spells will be what they were before you changed them in the previous queue.
