No LP when i won a ranked game (Gameplay)

Well i won a game in ranked and the team forfeited at 21 minutes but, when i got out of the game it wouldn't load the end game lobby so i clicked skip stats or whatever it says, then i realized i got 0 lp from it?

I don't know how to reproduce this bug. Please help :)!
