[GAMEPLAY] Mouse Buttons 4 and 5 (thumb buttons) have no input in game

I currently use M4 for attack move. This has worked before the last patch. While playing as Gnar in ARAM I noticed that I M4 did nothing. In game I can rebind to a keyboard key but I cannot rebind anything to M4 or M5. However, I can bind to any button just fine from the client. I do run Razer Synapse, but have no bindings changed through the program for League.
