[CLIENT] Champ Select and Post-game chat is not working

Ever since I upgraded to a riot account (or around that time) I noticed that in champ select, some messages disappear immediately after someone sends it, and does not reappear until another message is sent. It is very annoying, but somehow has not messed up lane calling yet. Another even bigger issue is that in post-game chat, I cannot see any messages anyone else sends, only messages I send. I get told when people join and leave the post-game lobby, but that is it. Everyone is also grayed out, so its difficult to see who is there and who isn't unless you match each name up with the champion etc. that they played. Also, it cannot be possible that in every match I play no one says anything in post-game.
