I don't know why this big blue thing (or red if enemy team) appears. I'ts not only for DJ Sona if you think so.. with all champions this thing appears when I hold my mouse on everything that you can click on (Baron, turrets, nexus etc.)

Assuming you have an Nvidia graphics card, go to your Nvidia Control Panel, and change the following graphics settings for League of Legends;
Anisotropic filtering- Application-controlled. Anti-Aliasing FXAA - Off. Antialiasing mode- Application-controlled. Antialiasing Transparency: Off Triple buffering: Off
