In game bug. Occured for a few people in the game.

I was playing nasus top, but it seems every 5 seconds or so, my actions wouldnt register. I would click to move somewheres but my champion would just stand still. I would describe it as lag almost, but my ms and fps was completely normal. I would press whither or ult and the button wouldnt register at all, even after waiting. Had it happen to a lee sin on the other team in the game. We both restarted client, but the bug was not fixed for me. Teams were Renek/Lee/Ori/Zil/Ez vs Nasus/Graves/Kennan/Thresh/Trist
