Malphite Electrocute Bug 9.14

Just played a game as AP malph mid on 9.14 and even after a fully ability rotation electrocute would not activate.

I just had a game where I went 10/5 and did 0 damage with electrocute.

It's not just Malphite and Electrocute. The same thing just happened to me as Cassiopeia with Phase Rush. No matter what I did, the rune just couldn't activate. I hope they fix this bug soon. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Just happened to me with Diana+Electrocute as well. Also had 7(Maybe only 6, the 7th was chaotic and I MIGHT have hit the wrong target) times where my R didn't reset when jumping to a moonlit enemy/minion. Seems like an extremely buggy patch release.

Yea same thing happened to me but I was playing Lee Sin in the jungle. 0 damage from electrocute, almost cost me the game.
