Gnars Boomerang can hit Vlad while he is pooled. I was pooled long before Gnar threw his Boomerang and didn't come up and get hit by it. However When I did come back up. Gnars Red circle was around me and I was slowed. This happened while I was playing a 3v3 Match on the 3v3 Map if it means anything it was also ranked.

Maybe it hit You on the way back, since it does damage in both ways.
