kalista bug

So, I decided to play fiddle one game. The game went well except for one thing. Whenever I tried to use my fear on the enemy Kalista she could keep autoing and use her passive as if she werent CC'd. I haven't seen this happen with Noctourne yet. Has anyone else experienced this?
