Long matchmaking times

Not sure if this is a bug, or I'm just really unlucky, but I've spent an average of 15 minutes in matchmaking for every game I've played today. Tried 3v3, 5v5, and ARAM and always 10-20 minute wait times. Talk to other people in game lobbies and nobody else seems to be having this issue. Oh, and no I'm not low priority queue or anything.
