[CLIENT] Ranked Champ Select Never Opening

When i get into a ranked game, when we go to the champ select lobby, it will never put me in it. I can hear the sounds of players banning champs and selecting champs. When u try to join another game it will come up as you have already been assigned to another game, an can not join one. Eventually you will either dodge causing a ban, or have the 5 minute delay. I have lost over 15 lp due to this over the last couple days. It will happen more than once a day. Sometimes 4-5 times a day. I dont know what to do about it, and I feel like I will never be reassured of my lp, or my account status for the leaves.
