Patch 9.13 friend info bug from hovering

Im a MacBook Pro user and since last patch, I am no longer able to see the details of a friend when I hover over them in the friend's list. Anyone else having this issue?

This has been a problem for a whole week, probably on windows and mac. It has been working again for two days. Now it is back.

I am experiencing this issue too, but it only happens sometimes and not all the time. I can't tell you why it happens. Also a MBP user on macOS High Sierra.
