Manaflow Bug with Silent Night Sona Skin

EDIT: I actually think Presence of Mind and Manaflow share the same animation, so that's probably what I was seeing. Could a Rioter confirm that? I thought too far into it. :c

I'm not entirely sure it's a skin specific thing, as I tried to replicate it with the skin in a bunch of different ways. I couldn't though. Throughout the entire game I played, I was getting this weird flicker of Manaflow being active then disappearing with no mana refund, then coming back and giving a refund. It was just really weird lol. Eventually at the end of the game it got stuck in a loop, and it couldn't get out of Manaflow, so I ended up with infinite mana. Thankfully it also means I got a good video of what happened! I just wanted to let you guys know! I put details of the game below for extra detail.

Champion: Sona Skin: Silent Night Summ Spells: Clarity, Flash Runes: Sorcery - Arcane Comet, Manaflow, Celerity, Gathering Storm | Precision - Presence of Mind, Coup de Grace Items: Needlessly Large Rod, Lich Bane, Morellonomicon, Boots of Speed, Poro Snax (too darn cute, forgot to feed though :c) KDA: 3/1/32 (Idk if dying could affect it or something so I thought I'd include) Level: 14

I wanted to share as much info I had as possible to help with this!

Of the bug reports i have ever read here, i must say yours is the most concise on what might have caused it.

Okay I figured it out! Pretty proud of myself too :D So, Morello uses the Manaflow animation for restoring 20% mana on kills and assists. It DOES restore the mana, however after it restores it there's a period of time your mana does not regen back. Manaflow? I guess? Whatever happens in code, it seems like it restores your mana, maybe gets confused on if it's supposed to be manaflow or not (you don't use mana regen and for a couple seconds it's completely free mana use), then goes back to normal. I'm probably all types of wrong but that's what I found Rito. :3

And sometimes manaflow works normally but does not give the mana refund when casting a spell. That rune is buggy as hell.

Update: I think the problem might be Morello? I'm playing Azir and it flickered on and off once, but it hasn't looped yet. Morello is the one item that was in common though.
