[GAMEPLAY]Quinn bugged out and was stuck as Valor for the whole game

While I was playing a game as Quinn, I managed to get stuck in Valor form permanently. I could use my Q and E as Valor would, but my Harrier passive would still proc as normal. Additionally, I did not get Valor's passive movement speed from her ult, but I did get my W passive attack speed. My ultimate was permanently stuck on a 137 second long cooldown, and hovering over the ability said: "Ability not found." When leveling up abilties, I could never choose to level up y ultimate, and after maxing two spells leveling up would automatically put a point into my W, the spell I maxed last. As I was stuck in Valor, I could use Ravenous Hydra perfectly fine.

While I'm not 100% sure what casued the glitch, I can say that Tahm Kench Devourered me while I was in Valor form, and that nothing else of significance happened while I was in Valor form. After I cast the ability to change back, it bugged and prevented me from casting ultimate.
