key errors

I have 3 key fragments however when I attempt to forge them int a key and error appears I have tried fixing this problem myself but I wasn't successful if anyone has experienced this and has fixed this please tell me in any way

Restart client
Use the in client full repair
Try in a day or two
Take screenshots and send a support ticket here
