Turtorial - Capsule BUG?

I don't know exactly... But i made a smurf acc on EUW and NA got through the turtorial got the xp and champs but at the end when i was supposed to reached lvl 3, i didnt get the capsule.... it was just marked as i did really did get it, but again, it is nowhere to be found...

did i perhaps missed sth?
