Gameplay Sona Ult bug

On Sona, when stun locked or chain stunned, when Sona's ult is spammed the spell can go on cool down even though the spell/effect is never cast.

While waiting for Yasuo ult slam effect to finish, when i spammed my ult button the spell never cast/no spell effect, but the spell went on CD. This happened multiple times today
